Final focus; Further Reasearch Needed

In the coming weeks I really want to see what Obama's foreign ambassadors have done in since they were appointed. I really need a fuller understanding of what U.S. relationships look like under a new president. It is possible that they haven't changed, since many politicians and journalists were optimistic about Obama's influence. I want to see an article about improving relations in the Middle East, yet realistically that might not happen for many years.
