I've chosen the Middle East and its politics. I've always been interested in the Middle East. Maybe it's because I'm jewish and the Israel is in the Middle East, or maybe its because this country has done so much in that area. Reagardless, I've always been interested in politics of the Middle East and imediatly knew that this would be a topic I wanted to fallow.
The Middle East gave rise to some of the first civilizations, and the countries currently in the Middle East have such a large affect on current affairs. Politics are always changing and with oil, alliences, new heads of state, there will allways be something happening in the Middle east.
Many nightly news shows give a report on the Middle East when anything happenms, and many newspa-pers have a new article atleast evey weeek. there will not be any trouble finding information. If all else fails in american sources, the BBC always has a story on the Middle East.
Because of the continual change I won't have any probles finding information. This topic and what is happening will always be changing.
With this topic I am expecting that I will be doing alot of reasearch to help me decide how I feel about this subject. YOu can't study the politics unless you know the histories of these countries and how they interact with each other. I will do reaseaarch on that.
